App icon and name changed after OS upgrade.

Hi

Since upgrading to Lollipop two of my apps have their icon and name changed.

Any easy way to reset this?

The apps still run when I start it, and works normally.

Yes, I did move them to the SD Card.

I just moved both of these apps

back to the Phone and the problem was resolved.
