Xperia L keeps restarting [SOLVED DON'T REPLY!]

So hi!

Since Saturday I have the Sony Xperia L, but since Wednesday it has restarted allot

It mainly happpens when i'm on my SIM-network (T-Mobile Netherlands).

I allready emtied the cache of all my apps, deleted Chrome and installed Firefox, and updated to the latest A.1.14

Again it mainly happends when i'm on my SIM-Network, on WiFi it has not happened yet.

I have a MICROSIM in a converter to SIM.

I asked T-Mobile for a normal one, but it cost me 20 euro, so instead I want to be sure it's realy not something else.

Please help me!

- Mark

Why is everybody STILL responding to my discussion why I marked an answer!

My problem got solved by witching telecom provider (T-Mobile NL to Hi (KPN)).

Please MAKE YOUR OWN TOPIC INSTEAD OF RESPONDING HERE THANK YOU!

well, changing provider can hardly be called a solution.

switching to another type of phone would be similar if you ask me...

i'm considering both though as my efforts don't seem to pay off and it's still restarting quite often.

sometimes a day without restarts and some with very many.

strangely it seems to happen most in the afternoon and evening.

sorry Topic Starter, i will not reply to this topic anymore.

maybe a moderator can copy/paste all "offtopic" conversations to a new thread?

My Sony Xperia L phone was restaring again and again. I was really worried because of its value to me and its price.

I had noticed that as soon as I was receiving Watsapp notifications, my phone was restarted every time.

I uninstalled Watsapp from my phone immediately as soon as my phone restarted and I am so happy that the problem does not persist anymore.

Same thing is happening here. I had to remove sim then restart the phone, put it on wifi. Remove all old app updates, and install avast cleanup, avast antivirus, it has nothing to do with sim convertor, as I have fill size sim and the issue hapoened with two different network so its not network. I think phone has no enough memory or ram to install or start basic features of phone so it restarts. Try removing some apps, install avast antivirus in order to check if it is not a virus which can do that. Still I am getting this issue time to time, it fixes for some days and start again after few days. It mostly look to be ram or internal storage issue.

The problem never happens when on Airplane mode. So it is not really a hardware issue.

I suspect it is compatibility issue with the updated Google play store. For those who still have the problem, try to disable those google play related apps and see if the restart still happening after that. For my case, it stopped restarting after I disabled them.
