Xperia L keeps restarting [SOLVED DON'T REPLY!]

So hi!

Since Saturday I have the Sony Xperia L, but since Wednesday it has restarted allot

It mainly happpens when i'm on my SIM-network (T-Mobile Netherlands).

I allready emtied the cache of all my apps, deleted Chrome and installed Firefox, and updated to the latest A.1.14

Again it mainly happends when i'm on my SIM-Network, on WiFi it has not happened yet.

I have a MICROSIM in a converter to SIM.

I asked T-Mobile for a normal one, but it cost me 20 euro, so instead I want to be sure it's realy not something else.

Please help me!

- Mark

Hello everyone,

i have the same problem with my Xperia L. Since when i bought it, i had problems with jack in, the microphone for headset don't get! Now are three weeks that my phone restart about 10-12 times per day. I've tried to reset all but the problems persist.

UPDATE!!
Phone is still broken. The repair centre could not solve the problem, but the company I bought my phone won't give me a new phone. Via the law I'm now trying to undo my Internet-buy, so i get my money back. Because when a company rejects the request for repair or don't give a new one, you're in your right to undo your Internet-buy (although in the Netherlands it's fixed that way).
I'm setting this at the solution. They gave me a broken phone, so it's not Sony's fault, the company is worse! Slightly_frowning_Face

I have experienced the same restarting issue on my Xperia L over the past 3 months, it will do this numerous times over a couple of days before settling down again for a few weeks before it starts doing it again. I am starting to lose faith in this phone and am close to switching to another brand.

Mine stared to do this every 5 minutes when I last updated it, would even restart whilst I was on a call, weirdly it would keep connected and the call would continue after restart. Had to factory reset and seems to have solved the restart issue. New update been ready for a while to install, been holding off like I did last time but again my phone has been starting to play up, so don't want to update as I see still loads of problems with this new update too.

Same thing with Xperia M. Problem started once the phone got updated via internet. when it happens it can make about eight restarts within ten minutes. Come on SONY! Do something about it!

how can they said it was solved?? there are no legitimate solution here!

I just have this problem for about 2 weeks ago until now.

Before, it was fabulous anf fine phone. I have my phone for over a year and the warranty is expired.

UPDATE:

Tried safe mode. not working.

And I'm just successfully reinstall/repair the phone via PC Companion. And.... it's still restarting. With simcard or without. I'm not using memcard yet. I havent installed anything yet from google play! It's in its pure rom+app from Sony!

Any idea Sony??

yeah... who said this is solved problem. I have the same issue with Xperia M Dual C2005. In our region there is only 4.3. available (yet).

I have pinpoined the problem to certain type of SimCard. I have tried different sims and only the one from hutchinson's austria (3 - Drei) makes my C2005 go crazy. When I activate 3G internet then the phone restarts ~ every 3 to 5 minutes. With Edge internet the phone is working fine. (but c'mon I am not paying for 10mbit for nothing..) Secondly I have also noticed, when I deactivate the second Sim, then I can use 3G with this Sim as well. Under Wifi - no problem.

I think this is a bug... I went to the shop an got a new sim, but have still same problem.

Will there be a fix?
