Sony HDR-CX190E Camcorder

I have uploaded home memories lite from above , but cannot download expanded features. I have been on Sony website and there is a link to download latest software upgrade but it does not work either. Any assistance with above would be most welcome

Hi there, welcome to the Sony Forums

I'm guessing you're looking for the PlayMemories Home updater. The download has been temporarily suspended, I'd guess for some revision or other, and should be back up shortly.
