You can press on HOME- settings- storage and reset- internal shared storage- cashed data.

Have you tried clearing the cached data for the TV or updating the software for example?

Hi software is the latest but I dont know what cache is or how to clear it. m

Double-check that you have the latest v6.7140 version, then go for a factory reset.

 

Just to be sure, I'm assuming when you say "Freeview" you're referring to having the aerial connected to the back of the TV and not a Freeview box, is that right?
