KD49XF759 TV wont turn on

Hi, just yesterday bought a Sony Bravia KD49XF759 TV and woke up this morning and won't turn on?

Tried the remote, TV on/off buttons, and unplugged too but still no joy.

Not very technically minded so maybe there is something else I can do?

Not very happy as only had it one day:(

Any help much appreciated before my Husband takes it off the wall and storms into Currys.
