Xperia 1 lag

I've noticed that there is a slight lag on very small screen movements.. so basically, when I'm paying games and I want to move my aim slightly, it sort of gets stuck and then jumps.. not smooth at all. Can anyone help. It's the same on the entire phone not just games

I've noticed the same thing too. If I swipe between windows, I notice that it's sluggish. When I open an app & hit the home button, it's sluggish and not smooth at all. I compared it to my old Xperia Z5 & somehow the Z5 had smoother performance than my Xperia 1. I don't know if I have too much stored on my Xperia 1 or if the latest update did something to my phone but I just hope this gets fixed!
