Bland/ Dull colors in Creator Mode

Anyone else run across the issue, where the home screen icons and background uses very dull colors when creator mode is on?

Yes.

A review I read measured the color coordinates as reasonably correct, but the intensity is too low. Standard mode on the other hand stretches sRGB and BT.709 content to something close to DCI-P3. So both modes give incorrect color reproduction.
