Battery Care feature after Android 10 Update

Prior to Android 10 I'd usually get a Battery Care notification when plugging in to charge overnight.  My battery care settings are ON and set to 'Auto'.

Since Android 10 (USA release) I have not gotten any battery care notifications even though I continue to charge over night and about the same time each night.  It's as if the auto learn feature is not working.  I'm using the Sony USB PD charger and cable that came with the phone.

Anyone else seeing this?

If you are not charging your phone every day or two in the similar time your phone can't learn when you are chargng it. So Battery Carfe will not be activated and there will not be any message.

I charge my phone every night before sleep and finished charging it at the similar time so I get the message because it learns my habit.

Second reason could be that your Battery Care is not working properly.
