Z5C stuck in DND(slince) mode!

after iwas sleep i actived DND mode, i coulnt disabled it ' ive tried "end now"

use volume bottons even safe mode (long press on power botton)

the ringtone line stay gray, but hes move

notication and media okay

please help!

Hi @SuperMan1986, sorry to hear that.

One thing you can try is to create an automatic rule for Do not disturb. Set it to begin at a previous time and end a couple of minutes into the future and see if this will take your phone out of this mode.

An automatic rule can be created in Settings > Sound & notification > Do not disturb > Automatic rules > Add rule.

My Phone every time priority only Mode. I cannot switch. I push Fast menu for close Priority only Mode. But ı cannot. Sorry for bad english pls help me

Did this start happening right now or has it been like this for a while? Are you able to disable Do not disturb if you reboot your phone to safe mode or is there no change then as well?

I reboot and ı open safe Mode but it cannot Chance. İn the screen have do not disturb symbol. But Phone is not do not disturb Mode
