Z5 problems with earphones

I recently updated my Spotify, once I start skipping songs on Spotify, no music comes out through the speakers or my earphones and does the same with other apps

Someone please help

Hi, I got my Z5 a week ago. Yesterday when I wanted to listen music , I played a song and I used my earphones and the music sounded through them but also through the cellphone. How can I fix this?

HI everyone 

I have got same problem with my Xperia Z5 premium.  And I have install soundabout app.  The problem resolved but still I can't hear the 📻. 

Please help
