Z5 Premium refusing to charge

My phone died this morning and since putting it on charge, it hasn't charged up at all. I've done the 2 minute and few second forced shut down reboot things, no response, I've used two different chargers, nada. Anyone have an idea why the phone isn't charging and how to fix?

Hold power button and volume up for ten seconds and see if it vibrates.
Also try holding in the reset button in sim port for ten seconds.
Connect to charger and leave an hour.

Try the above first then if no joy, contact your local support for a device assessment

Viri my z5p won't vibrate after trying all the different buttons. Vol+power and the reset inside the cover. I don't know what to do . Please help
