Same bag without SIM and SD cards and full battery. Repair with Xperia Companion was not helping. Updating system from 6.0 to 6.0.1 (this sloved for me fingerprint issue), so don't want to go back to stock system version 5.1.1.
All working perfectly, exept that. Always restarts when try to wake up the phone. So 20-30 restarts per day. Going to the "deep sleep" after 15-20 min. No restarts when phone is in use.
Was trying ULTRA STAMINA - problem still occur. Not trying yet "safe mode". Maybe help uninstalling all apps? Not using third part apps. Maybe can somehow disable that sleep mode or change time to 1 hour or use some special app? I'am out of ideas.

I took cell phone back to the store where it was repaired. Have new motherboard and other things changed. All working perfectly now.
Hello @BeHappy and welcome to the community!
Do you mean that this happens when your device enters sleep mode? Look under Settings > Battery > STAMINA mode and try setting that to Never. Does the same thing happen then?
You mention that you have tried a software repair in Xperia Companion, after you performed that did you restore any apps, backups or accounts in your device before you tested it?
In would also recommend that you try using your device while in safe mode to check if it's a third party application causing this, if you have installed anything in your phone after the repair in Xperia Companion.
This happens when I come out of deep sleep mode. Doubletapping on the display, then 0,1 sec I see on the display "enter pin", then black screen with red light (4x ) blinking, reboot and back to screen with "enter pin". When phone is 5-10 min in sleep mode I can turn it on normally. When longer, then it restaring itself.
Seems that after repair all apps was restored and updated automatically. Deafult apps? At the moment I try safe mode. No restarts yet, but too early to draw conclusions.
I see, sounds strange indeed.
Keep us posted and if safe mode helped.
