z5 can't find any wifi and mobile data

Hi, everyone, recently I bought a second hand z5, and found that it can't turn on the wifi or keeps searching but nothing came up while a Samsung can find about 5-6 around my home. Also when I put sim card, it can call and can't find mobile data at all, I couldn't find the mobile data signal on the top of the screen at all, don't know why ,the phone looks really good condition and found no way had ever been dropped. Hopefully someone can help me fix it.

If I get I right. You can call but can't get online with wifi nor mobile data.

Did you already try a factory reset? 

To do so go to: settings > back-up and reset > factory data reset.

I tried that already, but it didn't help, yes, it can call and answer calls. Just no way to connect wifi or mobile data.

You could try to (re)install the latest update using the Sony PC companion software

Sony PC Companion:

http://support.sonymobile.com/us/xperia-companion/

It should automatically install the software when connecting the phone to a computer.
