Z3 C microphone problem

When I receive calls then microphone is not working for first 2 seconds and people can't hear me.

Is this some kind software problem or I should swap this phone for new one?

I mean it's sad but some times funny how my calls start like Skype calls where first thing you say is "Can You hear me?"

This problem have not occurred while calling out only while receiving calls.

And this only happen while on skype or regular calls as well?

No only on regular calls

But thease regular calls reminds me my usual skype calls when people can't hear each other

How is your network coverage? settings > about phone > status > signal strength

how old is your SIM card?

I got new sim card with my phone 10 days ago.

Settings > call settings > microphon noise suppression (turn it off)

already turned off when i first found out this problem

What happens with this problem? I found the same problem with me. As well as other phones. Is there a solution?

I also have this problem with the microphone. started working after 2 seconds also during a conversation interrupted for a moment.
