Z3 1st time booting

Started z3 compact the 1st time and everytime i touch the screen phone says what i am pressing. Also swipe doesnt work and when i press the clock yellow box appears round it and other boxes or buttos.What can i do to get Phone working properly again?

Is your device new? It seems like developer options might be enabled.

Cannot, since swipe and touchscreen doesnt work. It just puts yellow box round the screenares where i touch for example the clock the it says digital clock widget then if i push area where u see swipe to unlock the phone says swipe to unlock. Then if i dont use the phone and screen goes off the phone says screen off. What is this?

So this is a new device? You can try a software repair to see if that helps:

And i have to double tap the screen if i want to activate anykind of button, otherwise the phone will tell me what that button is...

You might have talkback enabled.Use two fingers to drag down the notification bar and double tap to select.Go to settings-accesibility and disable it.
