Z2 Call issues

Hello people i got my new Z2 on tuesday and im fairly impressed with it so far

only real issue im having is on a call the other day  the other person went from coming through really clear to not being able to hear them at all and stated that i sounded very bassy at times this hasnt really reproduced itself much and others have said i sound clear enough but when recieving calls the other person sounds quiet alot i have done all updates required

so could this just be a network/signal issue or would it require a return to the shop ?

Bro my Z2 got a problem I attached headphones it detect it but voice can't comes through it......!!!!
Plz help me I also try diff headphones but same thing happened I also reset it and do software repair

The day I have upgraded my Sony Xperia Z2 phone from lollipop 🍭 to Marshmellow, from that day I am facing problem in calling. People can't hear me properly and complaining me to change my phone for better voice on call. I also went to Sony service centre for the same issue, they did software update but still the same issue continues and they also ask me to wait for the next update to get this issue fixed. Please advise me at the earliest.

According to Sony & the servicing people, nothing is wrong with this phones, it's fine.  I've had similar call quality and speaker issues going almost 2 years ago.  Since it's not an acknowledged problem, it's never fixed.  Z2 type issues still exist on the z5.  They mainly have major issues with microphone, network calls & speaker.  Internet & hd calls are fine or when using headphones or good quality Bluetooth devices.

For phones, better to avoid Sony altogether.
