z1 compact bad service

Hello I am Nick Katzagiannakis I am  from Greece, on April 2015 I purchased a z1 xperia and the smartphone has an active guarantee. I am writing this letter because I need your assistance On last August my smartphone broke for first time, the digitizer stopped working partly  so I send it to the service. After fifteen days and a screen and digitizer replenishment the phone was back to me ''fixed''. On September I was told that during calls there was an eco and most callers couldn't understand the conversation, so I send the phone back to service.  Fifteen days later and a motherboard replenishment  the phone was back to me ''fixed''. Immediately I realized that there was no network reception so I went back to the sony service where I send the phone for inspection and asked for a phone replenishment. The phone was ''fixed'' replacing the motherboard for one more time and didn't replaced as I asked. Yesterday I came back to the official local sony service for forth time  because the gps stopped working and the eco during the calls came back. This time I asked categorically a phone replenishment and I said that I won't accept back the same phone. I believe that it's obvious that my z1 compact  must be replaced with another xperia if not with another z1 compact. The situation is unacceptable considering that sony is big company and should take good care of the costumer who need any service. I also want to report something that is also obvious, the official sony service in Greece (mean the central in Athens which make the repair work)is very poor it failed to repair properly my device three times as mention and (something I forgot to mention) the second time I received my ''fixed '' smartphone the sim mount was missing. I am looking forward for your assistance.

I'm afraid I am unable to follow up service cases such as yours here on the global support forum. For this reason I recommend that you contact your Local support team for assistance with this.

so if the my phone is not replaced and it just repaired , what I should do?

Your Local support team will have better knowledge of the local service routine and will be better equipped to assist you with this if you contact them directly.

As I mentioned I have contacted the local service several times and their assistance was not professional (I believe that four repairs unsuccessful in a row isn't professional), that why I ask your help. Are you disposed to help me find solution with my problem? Could you contact the local service someway in order to find a solution?

This is a global user based forum, only your Local support can assist you.

I'm afraid that i will have to use legal assistance in order to find a solution, because now I see that even form this forum the official sony representative don't bother to give an useful advise or even try to contact local(Greek) official sony service in order to help a customer.

I understand your frustration but you are taking your anger on someone that you shouldn't @Christofer is an awesome Sony moderator, again, this is a USER BASED FORUM only your Local support can help you on your specific issue. In other words, this forum is for us, USERS TO HELP EACH OTHER

uliwooly in my first post I mention that I have send my devise to service several times, so it is obvious that I have contacted the local official sony service several times too. The local official sony service doesn't seem to act on a professional way, I asked them a replacement devise twice and they refused twice (that the fourth time in service in four months). I try to find a way to solve my problem with sony and not use legal assistance. The last three days I try to find someone in sony global or sony Europe to report that I have problem with official Greek sony service and I get the same response try to contact local service (again!!!). Of course it's frustrating to be treated like that, because sony is a big company which has a global network and I believe that the local service isn't completely isolated to the main. I am afraid that the use of legal assistance is inevitable.

Again, there's nothing anyone can do for you here, this is a user based forum,  which means is for us, users, to help each other, no one, can contact your Local support other than YOU. 

Regarding getting your device repaired or exchange, that's something that both you and your Local support have to talk about and agreed on something, not through the USER BASED FORUM.
