xperia zr wifi association rejected

HI,

I am using Xperia ZR C5502. I have upgraded from 4.2.2 to 4.3 but now i cant connect to secured wifi its showing "Association Rejected" i can connect to open wifi.

I given my mobile to sercise station of sony they formated but still same issue.

Sony please help me with this.

when I Distance from my ruther normaly cann't connect to that
but on the phone show that i have still wifi cover
some one Help me

I think I have finally figured this out. For my ZR, it hase totally lost the ability to connect to 2.4 ghz wifi networks, but easily connects to 5 ghz networks. There is no permanent solution to connect to 2.4 ghz networks, only temporary ones. I am very disappointed and I think that I will replace my ZR soon.

My phone has the "association rejected" message for my home wifi too.  It had the problem previously, resolved itself, and now the problem is back.  What are Sony doing about it?

Man......I am so ...thankful to you.I was so irritated with my ZR for not being able to connect to any WiFi.But your solution is was

right on the target....two slaps on my phone and it got connected to WiFi....Thank you so much for the solution....I'll try to inform others also...

Guy the pressing between flash n camera worked fr me.. N some hitting too.. Thanks to amrezzat84.. Sony is dumb in many ways now i believe tht.. Thanks guys..

Hi, this slapping technique worked! I did write to sony and they asked me to use pc companion to repair. Should I? Am using xperia zr
