Xperia z5 some quick settings dissapeared

My phone suddenly rearrange the icons on notification bar also the flash doesn't appear in it despite of I put it in notification bar and when I edit it the phone give me that the flash is already in my notification bar but doesn't appear but when I restart the phone everything seems right

That seems odd, perhaps it's a third party app, what you could do is boot in >>> safe mode for few hours and see if you experience the same problem.

OK but would u tell me how I can exit safe mode and this mode affect my data and storage pics and videos?

Exit safe mode by restarting phone. Safe mode only load the phone software. Nothing else is changed.

The issue is why I had that problem in the first place because I don't see it right to restart my phone everytime I had a problem
