Hi @Zubby1,

So sorry to hear about your Xperia Z5!

When did you start experiencing this behaviour? Was it after something was done with or to the phone? How often would you say that your phone is rebooting?

My first recommendation would be that you remove your SIM- and/or SD-card while your phone is turned off, then try booting your phone. Is it still rebooting?

I would also recommend that you try booting your phone with the volume down key pressed in, this will boot your phone to safe mode leading to us being able to say if any third party applications could be the cause of this.

If you still experience this behaviour while your phone is in safe mode or the SIM- and SD-cards have been removed I would suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion next. Do note that this will reset the phone in the process. There is a Backup function in Xperia Companion but the phone has to be turned on during the entire process in order to complete a backup, if the phone is rebooting constantly I'm afraid a backup might not be possible.

Should any of the above not help, let me know!

Sorry to hear that it didn't help. Slightly_frowning_Face

The text "software repair using Xperia Companion" in my previous post is actually a link, press it and you will get to a guide with instructions on how to perform the repair. You can also press this link to get to the same page: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103057

Should this not help I would recommend that you have your phone sent to an authorized service centre for repairs, for information on how to proceed with that I would suggest that you contact your Local support as they will have more information on local warranty and service procedures in your area.

Keep me updated!
