Xperia Z5 Compact Phone Now Caught in Loop

Okay,

so today my phone ran out of bettery when out and about, plugged into car charger, wouldnt charge, showed white sony screen and battery and lightning screen then goes black with red light, then back round again. I have tried everything, vol up and power button, off button near sim, vol down and plug into pc, pc doesnt recognise anything is plugged in. I have done all these things with the sim and sd card in and out.

I have been told by a friend who works in a phone shop that it is a software problem.

Is there anything i can do about this?

Hey David,

Yeah pretty much but i also get the battery and lightning screen too and my white screen lasts a lot longer. would take a video but i would need my phone for that......
