Got a deal Xperia Z5 refurbished for around 25000 (370$) Is that a good deal? canI buy Z5 or go for any other choice??
Solved! Go to Solution.
As long you make sure it has no problems. and still in good working condition.
you can check Xperia Diagnostics and maybe go to a sony service center to check for waterproofness (vacuum test)
Follow @nolramlb advice but also make sure the Z5 comes with a good long quality guarantee :smileysmileythumbsup:
Isn't a little too expensive for a second hand phone?
Is it so ?? Xperia Z5 market price is around 600$. I thought it was a good grab
All Z5 devices have terrible performance. Avoid them at all costs.
Source: I had a Z5 Premium, my GF has a Z5 Compact, to friends have Z5 Premium and three other friends have the Z5 regular sized one. They all hate it. It's slow to the point of unusable. I've had many Sony phones through the years, and all Z-generations. Z5 is best forgotten.

I am not agree with "ThKlingenberg".
I have Sony Z5. this phone jas only 3 problems but in other areas is very good.
Pros:
- sound quality is very good
- Voice quality is very good
- Screen is amaizing
- Camera is very good
- The Androind in Sony is very stable (6.0) no even one crash
- it is very fast phone
- Network very fast
- size (for me) very good
- protaction against water and dust
- has very good communication with other Sony products
Cons:
- Battery life is not long
- Heat whrn you record 4K or when you put sevral massive tasks
- The screen is not good when there is a lot of Sun light
I think the problems came from CPU 810.
if there is any update in the future that reduce the problems that I wrote, this phone for me will be super!
I hope that Sony will update to Android N,

I would advice you against buying Sony phones after going through the horrible experience with my Z5DP.
First of all Sony updates are hard and very very slow to come by
With every update they remove some important feature which you get used to of and can't live without.
Just like what they did with MM update in my case they removed Dual ringtone feature from a DUAL SIM phone(Can you beleive it!!!), battery ultra stemina mode.
Bluetooth stutters.
3 months have gone by since MM update and they have not come up with their solutions.
I would say spend 7Ks more and get brand new OnePlus3 or second hand S7 series.
