I understand your frustration, but you should focus on something more constructive, such as: trying to contact them again and escalate this, perhaps request to speak with a supervisor, posting all over the place won't solve anything, if you want to post somewhere and maybe expect results, you should contact the BBB if you are here in the US and you feel there was wrongdoing.
