Xperia Z3 compact not exchanged which is still under warranty.

I submitted my mobile on 6th of August to Sony service centre because the screen was not working. They said the mobile will be exchanged as it was still under warranty period (wrranty upto october 3rd). But no action has been taken till date. Everyday I call both service centre and toll free number of Sony, both blame each other and not progressed in anything. You guys have made my life really bad. Totally frustrated. Please give my mobile back and I'll never come near Sony again. A big thank you. Job number W116080601644

Thank you. But I'm going to post this everywhere, people should know what kind of bad service these Sony is giving. Pathetic service.

I understand your frustration, but you should focus on something more constructive, such as: trying to contact them again and escalate this, perhaps request to speak with a supervisor, posting all over the place won't solve anything, if you want to post somewhere and maybe expect results, you should contact the BBB if you are here in the US and you feel there was wrongdoing.

No, I'm from India. I've been calling them from one month, from 6th of August. These guys have become lazy and crooks.
