Xperia Z Voice control disable

Hey,

Please urgently help, My Xperia Z has just activated voice control or whatever it is called. As it is saying every word and thing on the screen and taking so long for me to work on that. I dont how it got activated. and not finding anyway to deactivate it. 

I am unable to scroll down as well as i dont know how to work in that mode please help how i can deactivate that not at all helpful voice commands....

Can you tell me how did you disables that voice speaking everywhere on the phone I have Xperia SLi26, but the woman only speaks on facebook pages it´s so strange. how can i disable voice control???

My fone is stuck In voice control and stuck on wallpaper screen when I double tap it doesn't do anything please help!xx
