Hi
I got a new Xperia Z3 and it was all fine and i didn't notice something only at yestrday
The vibration isn't working
And the camera shows up black screen ! 4k recording works fine but i can't take pictures or recrod on normal it shows up ! Front camera is working fine.
I tried reset and still same problem and when i try to repair using Xperia Companion i get this error "UELoginAuthentificationFailed UE_1100"

I just went back to the vendor and he changed the phone and gave me an other one
Let's hope this one has no problems

No I didn't, I didn't root it or change anything ! Just installed few apps (Facebook,Whatsapp, Viber and messenger)

Sorry to hear about the connection issue, in this case, I would first suggest restarting your PC/Mac and then restarting your handset, once done try the connection again and see if the issue continues.

thanks for your answer but I did restart PC/Router/Phone and still same problem
I even did reset the phone ! But i just want to be sure, if the 4K records and is working fine it's not a hardware problem ? Because it was working fine last night and i didn't drop the phone or something to have this issue !

@Spencer20 That is hard to say, it may be that hardware has failed and only part of it works, however, this could still be software related.
Are you able to test on another PC?
