Unable to transfer files to/from USB device after update to 6.0.1

So I just updated to Android 6.0.1 and wanted to transfers some files to PC from phone's internal storage. If i selected files bigger than 100Mb (it happende a few times but I uploaded bigger and bigger files so file size was not fixed limit) the transfer was stopped with an error:

Any idea what could be causing this? What to do?

 Tried, no difference. It's not disconnecting, it's just stopping the transfer.

how big are the files? could you test a different computer?

It seems as if it depends on when I start the transfer. Sometimes 50Mb is already stopped, sometimes it stops at the beginning, sometimes middle,... Can try diferent computer tomorrow.

Just now I tried to transfer some stuff that I filmed yesterday and it transferd with no problems. More than 1Gb. No idea what happened.
