turn off safe mode

I am using experia z from march, suddenly when it turn of because of battery charging, it turn on in safe mode. I reboot it 100 of times and nothing to change I need your help please.

If the phone always starts in safe mode it sounds like the volume - key is being press all the time. If not, the vol - key may be damaged, so the phone thinks its being pressed.

I merged your different threads into one. You will need to contact a service location to have the volume key fixed.

Hi 

I have same problem of safe mode and my vol down key is also not working.

Sony service center is saying that they were not authorized to open the device, so were I have to go to fix the problem.

I am from vadodara, gujarat-390019

For every one who have this problem with the safe mode.

Just simply push the 3 buttons at one time, which are from the right that means the power, volume up and down and hold them until the phone restarts. After that the safe mode has to be gone.

i have expiria Z1 is in safe mode ,i have tried all my best and all ideas i have seen here but still on safe mode and the botom volume is not working please help

i went to sony service center fridabad  there i  was  told that safe mode  problem can not be resolved . my sony  experia  was  out  of warrenty.  Can i get some solution  of this  problem?
