touch screen

Having trouble with my touch screen most times it works than other times it goes berserk like its playing catch up with how many times I've touched the screen. Starts flicking through my phone and pressing random buttons anyone else had this??

Hi @cherry214,

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you try and reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

Also if you have developer options enabled, I recommend that you try and disable them. To do so go to: Settings > Developer options > Off. If you don't have developer options under settings it means they are already disabled.

If the same behavior still persists I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion on your device.
