Touch screen doesn't work

Got screen replaced and it is now unresponsive to touch. Need help asap, please anyone with help. I'm willing to try anything! Thanks in advanced.

If the touch screen was working fine before the screen was replaced it does unfortunately sound like something went wrong when the screen was replaced and it has to be repaired again.

Please get in touch with your Local support team and they will arrange a repair for you and answer any questions that you may have regarding local service routines and so forth.
