Help!
The home screen is frozen more than once every couple of days.
Build no. 32.2.A.5.11
Ran on safe mode for diagnosis and also done factory reset.
The phone is not lagging but just the home screen keep frozen sometime more than once a day and I have to force to reboot it.

I found this, i did not tried (My C5 Ultra Dual freezing screen (home) too sometimes, but ours reasons of this issue is different i think), but i hope it helps
