Sony Z3 - how to active google account ?

i have a sony z3 and i want to active reactivate lock on my sony z3 but i cant figure how please can you help me ? i active from android manager device i do erase but the phone erase but i when i active it it doesnt ask me for a google account can you help me how do i set a google account activation on my sony z3 please ?

Have you checked under 

settings > security ?

yes i go on securite i activate my xperia but nothing,than i go to settings->google->security->i activate all of them and stil nothing
