Sony Xperia Z3+ back cover

Hello. I bought my Sony Xperia Z3+ in October 2015 in India. And I'm having problem with the back camera. As I consult the service center I was told to change the back cover of my phone to solve the problem.

But as I know, Malaysia Sony didn't sell Sony Xperia Z3+ model but only Sony Xperia Z4 . And when I tried to order the back cover, I was told by the supplier they don't provide spare parts for Sony Xperia Z3+ but they do have them for Sony Xperia Z4.

So I want to confirm whether I can use spare part for Sony Xperia Z4 for my phone or not?

I'm sorry to hear about your phone. 

Unfortunately the only thing I can refer you to here is to have your device sent for repairs at one of our authorized service centres. I'm afraid that I do not have any information if spare parts for the Z4 will work with the Z3+ but considering that they are two separate models I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm based in Scandinavia so I'm not entirely sure on how service procedures work in your area, I would recommend that you contact your Local support team in order to receive information on how to proceed with having your phone sent to a service centre.
