Sony users' survey: we need your opinion - Genuine Survey or not?

I have today received an email from email address news@news.sonymobilemail.com looking for me tot participate in a Sony Users' survey.

Can you please advise if this email/survey is genuinely from Sony or if this is a scam?

Can't say for sure but there have been reports of these emails been placed on a spam blacklist from atleast 2012 - I'd ignore it and contact Xperia care to have some sort of confirmation - Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

It's just a marketing survey from a 3rd party contracted to gather feedback for Sony.
Its fine, I just did mine.

I purchase c3 D2502 many time complaint on service center but problem is not resolved lastly my C3 warranty expire. But problem as a same i not suggest any one sony mobile purchase. Cost wise high performance low.
