Sony Service Center / Technical Team Cheat Customer

Hi,

I have to complain about your technical team.I have given my Sony Xperia Z to Sony Service Center, Janakpuri, New Delhi (Job No. B1W116043000864)as it was shutting down again and again and while giving I told them that I think there is some problem with the battery but they said there technical team will look after it. After few days I got a call that mobile's mother board is damaged and need to be changed which will cost Rs. 5000, then I asked them not to repair and return my mobile. I have received our mobile today on 19th May,2016 ,then I went to local vendor and got changed the battery and within 10 mins my mobile started working properly which proves that there was no problem in mother board. I want to know how did sony service centre tried cheating there customer. We are using sony products from past 20 years including Sony Sterio, Sony LED TV, Sony Alpha Camera and we have 3 handset of sony right now. We are loosing our trust on sony after this incident. I want to complain and know the reason how did sony service centre tried befooling me. I went Sony Service Center because Xperia Z series is very costly and cannot be handle by local vendor, due to Sony Technical / Service Center team I have no other option to go local vendor.

I purchased my Sony Xperia Z Mobile of Rs. 33000/-, I never thought that I will have to go local vendor for maintainance of my mobile as Xperia Z is waterproof mobile. I dont know wheather it is still waterproof or not. 

I am attaching few pics / service center job sheet as well. Kindly give us a complaint number and take this matter to higher level.

Kindly provide me Email ID of Sony CEO, so that he come to know that how their Service Center / Technical Team are befooling their custermers.

dont buy a Z5, my UI didn't work after the marshmallow update, they then called me a lier when i returned my pristine phone back and said i sent it back damaged, and have charged me £118 to repair it, absolute robbers

I'm sorry to hear that but you should contact your Local support regarding this, what was the damage?

Send a letter of complaint to your local support.
Inform them of all the prices relevant to the situation

sony repair centre cheat customers in UK also. I returned my Z5 for a User Interface repair after marshmallow download ruined my phone and they are charging me £118 to fix a broken screen . Sony damaged it because I returned the phone in perfect condition. 1 conclusion DO NOT BUY SONY AGAIN

What do you mean by "user interface repair"
If the digitizer, then it comes bonded to the display.
How did the software update cause damaged hardware?

Still a bit confused by ui repair tbh.
I'm thinking digitizer, which I'm not sure how can be broken by software.?

That's what I'm trying to figure out, perhaps the screen cracked in the shipping process ? not sure but a software update cracking a screen, umm I don't think so
