Some of My Photos In gallery are Being Damaged and Cropped Randomly

So FirsT I Will apologize For My Writing And Language Mistakes Because My English Is NoT Well But I Hope That I Can Explain My Problem In BesT Way...

So 2 Month Ago I Bought an Xperia Z5 Dual and From The FirsT Day Im Having This Problem That my Photos in Gallery (PiCs Taken By This Dvice Saved In Internal Storage) Are Randomly (By Chance) Losing Some Part Like When You Cut off Some Parts of PiCs !!! Dvice automatically Cuts Them While i open them (Showing Them) and then The parts never comes back.

I have Done The FacTory reset Two Times Not Solved.

I have Tried External Memory not Solved

So Any One Can Help My To Solve This.

Just to be certain, you are saving the pictures in the internal storage NOT an SD card?

Try this

Settings > apps > all > album > clear data > restart the phone > it won't delete the pictures, as long as the pictures are on the internal storage it won't delete them, it will clear the thumbnails. 

You can also 

Open the album app > select a picture > tap on the picture > tap on MENU > Details it will tell you were the pictures are stored.

Could you also check where are they stored? But they seemed to be corrupted.

The pictures are corrupted, have you encrypted the phone or do you have an antivirus or taskiller?

No im using any Anti virus or task killer

but i close my apps every (sth like 10 minutes while im using the phone).
