As the title says, I sent my phone in to be repaired under warranty. I bought the phone new and unlocked, and was surprised to find it locked to the Orange network on return. I can no longer use my phone, or even test it to see if the repair has been done.
What can I do about this?

In this instance I would suggest getting in contact with the service centre as soon as possible, or even Local support if you initially arranged the repair through them so this can be resolved.
