Quick charger 2.0 from Samsung?

Hello. I was hear that Samsung quick charger charge battery from 0% to 60% by 30min. Can someone test? is it true?

All the quick chargers (2.0) have default charging voltage and amperage, some of them can raise the amperage more but it might be limited by the device itself.

But in gsmarena forum one dude says that samsung qc works when sony qc doesn't work. Why he is talking this if it not true. He is using german generic (not rooted etc) . Hm.

There are many other brands that produce QC2.0 adapters and cables. @Nabeel didn't you have a Samsung charger? Any input?

I copy - paste his taxt "I Don.t know but it works! I use amper.apk and it shows 1200 ma when charging! And in half an hour I have over 60% battery! So it work good. You can try the charger when you want to buy it in the store! I have original software , no root!" .

@sgizmo 1200 mA can be given by Sony's EP880/881, which is not QC2.0 compatible, its just fast charging. So I don't think he has any idea what he is talking about.

EDIT: @sgizmo it seems that 1200 can be achieved at 9V and the samsung charger. I will try to get more information from someone.
