Problem with calls

When I make calls, the phone works perfectly and in a normal way, the problem is when on an active call the hands free, when the active one is not listening to the other person but the person I am calling if he can hear me, I tried starting In safe mode, I have tried factory reset and I can not solve that error, what could I do?

I don't quite understand the question in full, are you saying that when you use Hands-Free no one can hear you or am I getting this wrong?
