Hey everyone,
After the recent D6616 Lollipop, I am not able to update any Google Play Apps. Thus far, I've done the following:
-Settings > Apps > Google Play Store & Google Play Services and Clear Cache and Clear Data.
-Restarted the phone.
-Attempted to update over Wifi.
-Attempted to update over LTE.
-Settings > Wireless & Networks > More > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > Reset
-Settings > Wireless & Networks > More > Mobile Networks > Service Providers > Selected T-Mobile LTE
I'm currently working with T-Mobile to see if there is anything else that I can do. They suggested clearing the system cache:
-Hold the Volume Up + Power button down until the phone turns off and vibrates three times. Then, turn it back on. That doesn't appear to have worked.
Any other suggestions? I'm afraid that my only option is to do a factory reset.

Hey everyone,
Well I ended up doing a factory reset... annnnd I evidently corrupted the data on my SD card... so, I've lost everything. No bueno.
Working on getting everything installed once again. Unknown how I lost the SD card data, it was all jumbled as if it was encrypted... but I didn't encrypt it... only the phone... oh well.
Thanks all for the help, I really appreciate it. Hopefully some of the steps we've added here will allow others in the community to avoid what I've done.
I also removed, restarted, and added my Google accounts, no go.
Thanks Alexdon for the suggestion, tried that as well.
The only thing I hadn't tried was clearing the Google Services Framework app. Thanks Jake for the suggestion!
Hi Dark_Xperian,
You could also try clearing the Google Services Framework app within the All section
let us know how you get on.
How about
settings > accounts > google > remove account > restart the phone > add the google account > try again
uninstall any antivirus and/or taskillers
Have you seen this?

The last option will be to repair your phone and reformat the SD card
