after the last update on my z3 the sound quality is very poor. The sound is so bad it is impossible to have a conversation, watch a video or hear the phone ring when I am outdoors. It's shocking that with the huge amount of complaints regarding this issue we have not been yet been offered a solution. I look forward to receiving confirmation that the issue has been solved.
