phone hangs while incoming calls rings

When my phone rings while incoming calls, I am niether recieve income calls nor disconnect it, the whole screen hangs off n tapping of any where on the sscreen dosen't work.

When someone on the Forum has problems with the screen remaining BLACK & not lighting up when a call comes in the instructions that have been mentioned cure this problem.........can you go back into the Settings/Apps & ALL scroll down thru all of the APPS & tell me if there are any that have a HANDSET IMAGE & what the APP is called........

Recently, when my xperia Z5 rings while incoming calls, I am niether recieve income calls nor disconnect it, the whole screen hangs off n tapping of any where on the screen dosen't work. This problem is not permanent and sometimes it happens and I should restart the phone to resolve it.
I read whole the topic but I didn't find a way to solve the problem.
