phone hangs while incoming calls rings

When my phone rings while incoming calls, I am niether recieve income calls nor disconnect it, the whole screen hangs off n tapping of any where on the sscreen dosen't work.

Hi, when you receive a call does it ring/vibrate etc as normal but stay black  If so could you try going into Settings - Apps & swipe to ALL then scroll down to InCallUI & enable.........:smileysmileywink:

HELLO: Please help me  with this  problem.  I messed it  up somewhere.  I  used  to  see  an  incoming  call  bar. Slide it to the  right  will let  me  answer.  NOW I don't  see  that  bar  anymore.  WHEN I have  an incoming  call, I  tap on the  PHONE icon and nothing happened.    I had  to  set  it  up  it  with  SMART  ANSWERING  to  answer any incoming  call.  How  Do I get  back  this  AMSWERING  BAR ?  I   like  this original    feature better.  THANKS

Hi, go to SETTINGS........now scroll down & click on APPS........now you will see the word DOWNLOADED in small writing at the top.....press & swipe this till it moves along past RUNNING then it comes to ALL..........scroll down to InCallUI

Hello:  THANK yOU> i  COULD  GET  TO  APPS-  ALL AND  SCROLLED  DOWN  BUT  COULD  NOT  FIND  CALLUI.    I just  wonder  why.

  Here is  my problem.   I messed around  with setting auto answering and  recorded  my own message  but I  did  set it  back to OFF.  I  seemed  clicked  on a  tern  called  CALLUI..but  could  not  find  it  anywhere  to  reset it  back... MY  problem now is  this:     When I  have  an incoming  call,  I  do not  see  that  ringing  bar  and  slide it  to the  right  to  answer.  NO  bar  for  me  to pick  and  I clicked  on the  phone handle icon,  I  could  NOT  answer  the  call either.  I  managed  to ansswer incoming  call by setting  the phone to SMART ANSWER  feature.  How  can I  restore  the  Incoming  call  BAR ????

    Will click on CALLUI  once  disable  it ??  IS  this  the  source of  my   problem ????  I am frustrated. HOPE  can  get  HELP....

So when your phone rings the screen is NOT BLACK.......you see the details of the caller but you cant physically answer

I  remember  I clicked  on  CALLUI   from  somewhere  but  don't  remember  how  to  find  this  CALLUI  to  set it  back.  It  was  definitely  not  from  APPS-ALL.

IF  I  can find  CALLUI,  I  may be  able  to solve  my  problem.....
