Phone button shortcut in new Android?

Hello!

In the previous Android version there was a lovely and useful shortcut on the locked screen in the buttom left corner that straightly brought me to 'phone call' menu.

Since I installed Android 6.0.1. there's a 'voice search' buttom instead. I couldn't find any option in settings and mailing Android Support was not helpful either.
Any idea? Has someone else experienced the same?
