Could you try to boot the phone into safe mode and try the vibration once again via Diagnostics?
Could you check the active customization via the service menu? You can see this if you go to the dialer > enter *#*#7378423#*#* > Service info > Software info > Active customization, what does it say here?
I suggest that you try to force a shutdown of the device by holding down the OFF button which is located behind the Micro SIM-card cover. You can use a pen or a similar object to hold it down until a series of vibrations appear. Try the software repair once again.
Otherwise, do you have the possibility to try on another PC? Prefer a computer located in another network.
Sony PC companion not worked on windows 10, so I repaired my phone on windows 7 pc. Sucessfully repaired, but still no vibration.
Sorry to hear that it's still now working. Unfortunately, if a software repair did not help, I think this needs to be examined by a technician at an authorized service center. I suggest that you contact your Local support for information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way.
