No notification sound on Z5 when screen is locked after Marshmallow update

Hello all! I have a very annoying problem. Ever since I have updated my Z5 to Marshmallow, I don't get any notification sounds (other than text messages and calls) if my screen is off. The moment it's on, all the sounds are working again. I have already factory resetted it, because I was one of the lucky persons who had the 'Can't Access Google Store' issue right after updating. I have also already tried booting in Safe Mode and I have the same issue, so I know that it's not a third-party App that's causing it. 

Any help is welcome!

Did these steps for all three apps and still no sounds. I'm discouraged 😞

That's odd, do you have any notification app? taskiller, etc?

I have Screen Notifications, to wake my screen from sleep when i get an email, say, so it's not just a sound playing, and I can't think of anything else.

what if you uninstall it > restart the phone > check again.

How do I install Hangouts and Gmail..? They are stock Apps. I don't see the options to uninstall them.

I thought you were referring to a third party app, what you could do is repair the phone with XC and report back.

Totally my bad, for some reason i understood it as removing the faulty apps and re-installing them. So! I removed Screen Notifications and it seems to be working now..! *fingers crossed* hopefully it'll last Perhaps it's not compatible with Marshmallow. In any event, thank you so much for helping me out, I truly appreciate it.
