I have the same problem, Prone responds only in fast boot mode and when I Plug it in it wants to start but it is looping. I just turned on the phone like normal, only one time, I just plugged it into a charger and instantly to PC and it was turned on like normal. Try to send the phone to Sony. Mine is no longer under warranty.
