my xperia Z3 not turning on

my xperia is not turning on it just switched off itself when i put it on charger the red light just flashes i even tried to press the yellow button in the sim card slot but it aint working and still its off any suggestions of what i can do now please help ASAP

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours > report back.
