Mobile data not working

Hi,

The mobile data traffic button does not turn on or off. First it would not turn on, when I reset my network settings it turned on and now won't turn off.

I have tried everything including downloading Internet settings as your team advised someone else. Nothing works. I have the required data available on my plan and reset the APN settings within provider. Super frustrated.  Please help!!!

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear this. When you download new Internet settings does it say that the Internet settings have been installed correctly? Also have your tried with more then one SIM-card in your device? If not I would recommend that you try a different SIM-card in your device to see if it still behaves the same way. 

If it does, I would recommend that you try to restart your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
